Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems AS/RS

Otomatik Depo Raf Sistemleri bilgisayar kontrollü, depo yönetim sistemi (WMS)
entegrasyonu ile çalışan ve tam otomasyon içeren sistemlerdir.
Bu sistemler ağır hacimli ürünler için Unitload (paletli/kasalı/sandıklı), ufak hacimli
ürünler için Miniload (plastik kutulu/kartonlu) olara ikiye ayrılmaktadır.
Ürünlerin yükleme ve boşaltma işlemi ‘stacker crain’ adı verilen robot istifleyiciler
yardımıyla gerçekleştirilir. Stacker crain’ lere iş emri depo yönetim sistemi WMS
tarafından iletilmektedir.
Otomatik Depo Raf sistemlerinde (AS/RS) istiflenecek ürünlerin Unitload/Miniload
olarak ebadı, ağırlığı, deponun ölçüleri, yüksekliği, ürün çevirim hızı vb. kriterler
göz önünde bulundurularak projelendirmeler müşteriye özel tasarlanmaktadır.

Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) is a dedicated storage system
which consist of a variety of computer-controlled and warehouse management
system (WMS) integration to store and retrieve of loads automatically from defined
storage locations.
AS/RS systems are available for both heavy and light loads, while UNITLOAD is
ideally used for heavy and bulky items on pallets, containers etc. and MINILOAD is
used for light and small volume items on totes, boxes, cartons etc.
Loading and unloading of the products is carried out by stacker cranes. The system
is totally operated under computerized control.
