Geri İtişli (Push back) Raf Sistemi

Push Back Racking System

Geri itişli (push back) raf sistemi, içine girilebilir raf sisteminde olduğu gibi
derinlemesine depolama yapılmasına olanak veren yüksek yoğunluklu depolama
sunan bir sistemidir.
Paletlerin yükleme ve boşaltma işlemi aynı yönden yapıldığından, bu sistemde
LIFO (son giren ilk çıkar ) prensibi uygulanmaktadır.
Push back sistemi makaralı ve kızaklı olmak üzere 2 farklı seçenekte bulunmaktadır.
Sistemin makaralı seçeneğinde 9 palet derinlemesine kadar yükleme olanağı
bulunurken, kızaklı olan seçenekte ise 6 adettir.

Makaralı seçenekte, ilk palet sisteme yüklendikten sonra, diğer palet, forklift çatalı
yardımıyla yüklü pozisyonda makaralar üzerinde geriye doğru itilerek depolanır.
Her palet rulolar üzerinde diğer paleti iterek sistemin derinliğine doğru yerleşir
Boşaltma işleminde, en öndeki palet alındığında, yerçekimi sayesinde arkasındaki
palet tahliye pozisyonuna gelir.
Kızaklı sistemde ise, makaralar yerine özel tasarımlı kızaklar kullanılmakta olup,
paletler bu kızaklar üzerine yerleştirilerek işlem gerçekleştirilir.

Push back is a racking system that offers high density storage allowing to store
pallets in depth direction similar to drive in racking system.
As the pallets are loaded and unloaded from the same side, in this system LIFO (last
in first out) principle is applied.
In push back racking systems, there are 2 different options available. The option
with rollers allows the storage of 9 pallets in depth, where the option with trolleys
goes up to 6 pallets.
In the roller option, after placing the first pallet in the lane, the next pallet is pushing
the previous one with the forklift backwards over the roller. Each pallet is placed
in the depth of the system by pushing another pallet. The unloading is done by
retrieving the last loaded pallet where the other pallets are sling to the loading/
unloading position by means of gravity.
In the cart push back system, instead of using rollers, special designed trolleys are
used.
